A company operating in the pro-ecological sector – entering into an investment project.
The project covered drafting and negotiating an investment agreement for the company. In the process, we had to take into account the fact that there were public funds involved. In the agreement, the personal engagement of the founders was safeguarded and special rights of the investor were specified.
