For the purposes of the client, we designed the corporate structure of the Alternative Investment Company and carried out the process of its registration, including the registration of the AIC Manager with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. This included setting up the structure, drafting opinions on the planned operations (including in terms of tax aspects), submitting an application for entry into the register of AIC Managers, and maintaining day-to-day contacts with and answering the inquiries from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
