Wojciech Armuła
Bio
Wojciech Armuła is a graduate of the Krakow Academy of Economics (now the University of Economics in Krakow). He has also completed a postgraduate course in Advanced Accounting and Finance organised by the Krakow Business School at the University of Economics in Krakow.
He is an associate at KWKR Konieczny Wierzbicki i Partnerzy S.K.A. Since 2006, he has been teaching courses on fundamental analysis and business valuation at the Krakow Business School of the University of Economics in Krakow. He is an external expert for the Ministry of Energy (since 2016) and the Oil and Gas Institute (since 2009) on the financial aspects of energy project implementation. Between 2009 and 2015, he was an expert at the Małopolska Centre for Entrepreneurship (advisor on corporate investment activities). Since 2015, he has also been a coach for the European Commission (EASME, Horizon 2020 SME Instrument) – providing financial consulting and coaching for SMEs.
He is a member of the supervisory board of Mercator Medical S.A. (and also serves on the audit committee); he was a member of the supervisory board of ML SYSTEM S.A., serving as a member of the audit committee.
He is a consultant specialising in corporate finance, IPO/SPO processes, business valuations and business plans.
