A company operating in the IT sector – entering into an investment project

A company operating in the IT sector (mainly software development) used our services, which consisted in drafting and negotiating an investment agreement, considering the fact that there were public funds involved. In order to serve its purpose, the agreement had to guarantee the investor with special rights and properly safeguard the personal engagement of the founders.
