A company operating in the biotechnology sector – entering into an investment project

We drafted and negotiated an investment agreement for the company, which operates in the biotechnology sector. In the process, we had to take into account the fact that there were public funds involved. The agreement guaranteed the investor with the relevant rights and effectively safeguarded personal engagement.
