A company operating in the new technologies sector – due diligence review

The main purpose of the project was a legal, financial, and tax review of the company, whose operations focus on using new technologies to enable the sharing of parking spaces within a specific space. In the course of the review, particular attention was paid to the company’s eligibility for public aid and the issues related to the protection of intellectual property rights.
