Our client was a Poland-based company that provides professional support to leading financial, telecommunications and hotel sectors. Its business activities are divided into three segments: Fintech, Enterprise Services and Hoteltech. The Fintech segment includes products and services for the financial sector: LiveBank, banking Internet and mobile, leasing front office.
The Enterprise Services segment includes ringback tone service, 3Gen voicemail, steering of roaming and maintenance and development of telecommunications systems of mobile operators.
The Hoteltech segment comprises of iLumio in-room entertainment platform, mobile application for hotels, video concierge and digital signage. The Company serves customers worldwide.
On behalf of our client, we drafted and negotiated a package of agreements allowing for implementing at Santander Bank S.A. an innovative video verification module (OLP) for the online and mobile channels, which allows the bank to remotely check the identity of the client via video and audio channels, biometric tools, and OCR functionalities, considering the requirements in terms of outsourcing of banking services, the limitations resulting from legal regulations on combating money laundering and personal data protection, and the use of SaaS solutions.
