We performed a due diligence analysis, including e.g. a review of land and mortgage registers, as well as an analysis of all the existing lease contracts and other rights and obligations associated with the property.
Our lawyers drafted a letter of intent and a preliminary sale agreement, negotiating it with the seller. The potential risks and difficulties which our client faced (and overcame with our help) were mainly connected with the future division of land into two plots with different legal titles.
