Our law firm provided legal advice to Ailleron in negotiating an agreement with ING Bank Slaski and Operator Chmury Krajowej The subject of the agreement is a joint project to implement an innovative LiveBank Cloud solution based on cloud technology in a SaaS model. Thanks to this solution, the Bank’s remote customer service will be more efficient than ever.
About the project
The project involves the implementation of a convenient digital channel for online communication of the Bank’s specialists with customers. Thanks to the LiveBank Cloud solution, ING customers will be able to take remote advice from a bank specialist or purchase individual bank products, including a mortgage, without being physically present at a Bank branch.
With LiveBank Cloud, the Bank’s employees will be able to more easily manage customers’ affairs and conveniently communicate with them using chat or video. The LiveBank Cloud solution will enable remote customer service and the acquisition of new customers using such enhancements as digital document exchange, screen sharing and shared document filing. All this while ensuring the highest security standards.
The LiveBank Cloud solution will be implemented in ING Bank Slaski in the SaaS model, which makes the launch of the product faster and the implementation of the entire project more flexible. The subscription model will enable scaling of the solution and low initial costs of its implementation.
Parties to the agreement
Operator Chmury Krajowej is also a party to the agreement and part of the project. It is responsible for providing the cloud platform and compliance of cloud services with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Firm had the honor of advising on this pioneering project, participating in the negotiations and providing ongoing legal support to Ailleron during the development of the agreement and in the finalization of this prestigious transaction.
