Bartosz Łabęcki

An attorney specializing in intellectual property law, business law, and regulations related to new technologies and personal data. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the postgraduate “New Technology Law” program at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He also studied at the University of Glasgow School of Law on a scholarship, gaining valuable experience in an international legal environment. He is an active member of the Intellectual Property and New Technology Law Section at the Kraków Bar Association, where he contributes to initiatives supporting the development of legal knowledge in new technologies.

At KWKR Law Firm, he advises clients in sectors such as IT, e-commerce, iGaming, and medtech, providing support in international transactions, implementing innovative technological solutions, and managing legal risks stemming from dynamic regulatory changes.
