A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Since 2020 an advocate and member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
A specialist in the field of commercial and business law, methodology of drafting commercial contracts as well as comprehensive services in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and Venture Capital and Private Equity investments on the domestic and foreign markets, including in particular legal structuring of transactions / investments and preparation of transactional documentation with the use of individually customized and specialized contractual instruments.
An expert in conducting specialized legal due diligence and vendor due diligence examinations for investors and both potential sellers and buyers of corporate entities.
An expert in negotiating transactional and investment agreements.
