Mariusz Mielczarek

Advocate. Member of the property team. He specializes in civil law, in particular in the field of real estate law and contracts. As part of cooperation with the Law Firm, he deals with comprehensive legal advice, preparation of real estate purchase and sale transactions, as well as conducting legal audits of real estate, including analysis of the issue of legal title to real estate and preparation of due diligence reports and contracts. At the same time, he supports the Law Firm in representing the Law Firm’s Clients and in the course of negotiations conducted for them.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He defended his master’s thesis entitled “Transformation of a labor cooperative into a commercial company”

at the Department of Private Economic Law of the Jagiellonian University under the supervision of prof. dr hab. Andrzej Szumański with a very good grade. He completed his apprenticeship as an attorney at the Krakow Bar Association, and in 2018 he passed the professional exam and was then entered on the list of attorneys.

He gained his professional experience while cooperating with renowned Krakow law firms, solicitors and notaries, providing legal services to real estate, energy, fuel and construction companies, as well as natural persons, in the course of cooperation with other institutions providing legal assistance, among others with the Consumers’ Federation.

Professional interests focused on civil law, real estate law and economic law.
