Experience
In her day-to-day work, she supports entrepreneurs from the financial, IT/TMT and LeaseTech industries:
She has wide experience in drafting and negotiating implementation, maintenance and license agreements, IT systems support agreements, agreements on transfer of intellectual property rights, body leasing, framework agreements for the provision of IT services as well as development agreements implemented, among others, in waterfall or agile methodologies.
She cooperates with clients operating in the FinTech sector in the scope of contracts concluded in the banking outsourcing regime and outsourcing within EBA guidelines regime.
She supports clients operating on foreign financial markets in adapting their activities in the field of AML/KYC.
She also provided legal services to an entity listed in the alternative trading system of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and its subsidiaries operating on foreign markets, focusing her activities on cooperation with the automotive industry and the banking sector. Among others she took part in projects related to the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the legal and insurance sectors.

An attorney-at-law at the Bar Council in Łódź since 2017.
Master’s degree in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Łódź University.
