Education and professional qualifications
Graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice with an excellent grade, defending his diploma thesis entitled: “Bank guarantee in international trade”, written on the basis of English, German and Polish source literature.
In 2023 he completed the postgraduate course CYBER SCIENCE. Tokenization and automation of processes in the digital economy. Legal, technological, managerial aspects (artificial intelligence, Blockchain, automation of work and algorithms) with a very good grade, at the University of Silesia.
He has been practicing as an attorney since 2017.
He is fluent in English and German, as well as in French at an intermediate level.
Professional experience
Has many years of experience in providing ongoing legal services to business entities, including those in the debt collection, automotive, chemical industries, as well as in the areas of software distribution and IT security and healthcare solutions. He provided services in the field of corporate services for commercial law companies, legal due diligence, preparation of M&A transactions, represented clients in corporate disputes. Provided legal assistance in the field of labor and social security law, including the posting of employees and concerning international transportation. Provided multilingual source-based advice in the processes of implementation and assessment of compliance with data protection regulations, regulation of trade in dual-use goods. Advised and represented clients in intellectual property law matters.
