Specialisation

She specialises in new technology law, IT law, and TMT (Telecommunication, Media, Technology). She advises on technology contracts, including agreements for the implementation of IT systems, licence agreements, service agreements, outsourcing agreements, and cloud service agreements. She has experience in intellectual property law and compliance, particularly in the context of IT projects, combining her law firm experience with a practical understanding of business realities.

Experience

A legal advisor with many years of experience providing legal services to large joint-stock companies and entrepreneurs. She gained her experience both in renowned law firms in Katowice and as a legal counsel (in-house lawyer) in Warsaw-based technology companies implementing IT projects for the public and regulated sectors.

As an in-house lawyer in listed technology sector companies, she was responsible for comprehensive legal support for IT projects and business processes. She supported the implementation of complex IT projects by preparing, reviewing, and negotiating IT system implementation agreements, licence agreements, service agreements, outsourcing agreements, and contracts with key corporate clients. She also dealt with contract risk analysis, contractual liability issues, contractual penalties, and intellectual property protection.

In addition, she participated in the legal support of sales and implementation processes in the IT and TMT areas, including projects for the public and regulated sectors. She advised on agreements concerning IT systems, cloud computing agreements, network integration, and technical infrastructure, as well as on public procurement and compliance issues. She supported the management board and business departments in all current legal matters and in project risk management.

As part of law firms, she also provided services to entrepreneurs in civil, commercial, and corporate law, including drafting and negotiating contracts, transactional advisory, participation in due diligence processes, and ongoing corporate advisory.

Education

Legal Advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.
A graduate of law at the University of Wrocław, she also developed her skills through postgraduate studies in business law in new technologies and specialist programmes covering IT law, TMT, and intellectual property (Hugo Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Law in Kraków).
