Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He completed his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Olsztyn and was entered in the list of legal counsels.

Experience
From the very beginning of his career, he has been involved in providing services to large business entities, including those belonging to international capital groups in the field of broadly defined business law, including labour and social security law, real estate law and administrative law.
In addition, since 2014, he has specialised in data protection law, supporting clients in adapting their operations initially to the provisions of the 1997 Data Protection Act and, since 2018, to the so-called General Data Protection Regulation (RODO). He has also acted as Data Protection Officer for entities in the public sphere.
He is fluent in English.
