Bio
Education
Anna Dąbrowska – Lipka Attorney at Law, member of the District Bar Association in Cracow. She graduated from Jagiellonian University in Cracow with degrees in law, Polish philology and economics. She is a graduate of the Slovak Law School at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and a scholarship holder of the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
Specialties
She specializes in business law, civil law, litigation, data protection and compliance. She has experience in litigation, legal services for public administration and business entities, especially commercial law companies. Participates in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, including investment agreements, and due diligence with a particular focus on personal data protection, intellectual property law and labor law.
Experience
She has conducted numerous audits and implementations in the field of personal data protection. She has authored numerous press publications in the field of commercial company law and personal data protection, and has been a speaker at trainings and conferences on personal data protection and open data issues. She is interested in legal comparatistics.
