Internship – Corporate Law
Join KWKR as a corporate law intern and gain experience working on complex corporate projects.
Our requirements
The Corporate Law Department focuses primarily on four types of projects:
- investment support (from due diligence and negotiating investment agreements to the implementation stage),
- M&A transactions (mergers and acquisitions – we prepare and negotiate agreements for the acquisition of companies or entire groups by strategic investors, as well as establish rules for cooperation between investors and founders in the future),
- ongoing corporate support (establishing companies, amending articles of association, transformations, mergers),
- advisory for public companies (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange or NewConnect).
Many of our projects are international in scope, involving various EU and EEA countries, Eastern Europe, and both Americas.
We expect a willingness to learn and a strong interest in developing within the area of corporate law.
