Your responsibilities

  • Advising on broadly understood commercial and civil law
  • Providing legal support in other areas of law depending on client needs
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts in both domestic and international contexts
  • Participating in ongoing projects, including independently handling assigned tasks
  • Preparing legal opinions and analyses related to clients’ day-to-day operations
  • Handling civil or administrative proceedings
  • Ongoing communication with clients, including performing part of the work in English

Our requirements

We are looking for lawyers who wish to grow within one of our three specialized teams: Real Estate, Corporate Law, or TMT (New Technologies).

Depending on the chosen legal area, we value:

For the Real Estate Team:

  • Experience in comprehensive legal advisory in real estate and civil law
  • Proven practice in supporting clients and providing legal expertise in real estate law, civil law, and investment processes
  • Familiarity with working with investment funds, developers, and real estate investors
  • Experience in conducting administrative and civil proceedings related to real estate investments
  • Experience in legal due diligence of real estate

For the TMT / New Technologies Team:

  • Solid knowledge of civil law, especially contract law
  • Experience in advising IT and new technology sector clients

For the Corporate / Capital Markets Team:

  • Experience in comprehensive legal advisory in corporate law and capital markets law, including public company reporting obligations
  • Ability to draft and negotiate transactional documentation for M&A or venture capital projects (e.g. share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and supporting documentation)
  • Experience in ongoing corporate advisory, including drafting company resolutions, articles of association, and documents related to corporate transformations, mergers, and demergers

We also expect:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the practical application of business, civil, and corporate law
  • Completion of legal training (bar exam passed)
  • English proficiency at B2–C1 level, enabling effective work with documents and client communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal information systems
  • Diligence, excellent organizational skills
  • Reliability and responsibility for assigned tasks
