Junior Associate – Real Estate department
Your responsibilities
- Comprehensive advisory in real estate and civil law, including: legal advice for clients and substantive support for other team members in the areas of real estate law, civil law, and the investment process (including support for investment funds, developers, and real estate market investors)
- Handling administrative and civil proceedings, preparing agreements and documents related to investment processes and real estate transactions
- Conducting legal due diligence of real estate
- Maintaining ongoing contact with clients
Our requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in the practical application of real estate or civil law (e.g. in a law firm or commercial company), such as supporting investment projects
- Final year of law studies or enrolled in a legal traineeship (attorney-at-law or advocate)
- Solid knowledge of civil and administrative law
- English proficiency at a level enabling confident work with legal documents and communication with clients (B2/C1)
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and legal information systems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Diligence and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
