Internship – Real Estate Law

Join KWKR as an intern in the Real Estate department and gain experience in advising real estate clients, preparing transactions, and analyzing the legal status of properties.

Our requirements

The Real Estate department at our Law Firm focuses primarily on providing legal services to businesses and individuals operating in the real estate market.

We support developers, institutional and individual investors, as well as private clients in the preparation and acquisition of real estate, execution of construction projects, regularization of legal titles, zoning and planning matters, as well as lease agreements, commercialization, and sale of investments. We also handle litigation related to real estate and broader civil law matters.

We expect a willingness to learn and a strong desire to develop in the area of real estate law.

What you’ll learn during the internship:

  • Preparing motions in enforcement proceedings, payment claims, and other court pleadings
  • Drafting appeals/complaints in administrative proceedings related to real estate, as well as preparing routine applications to public offices (e.g. for certificates, extracts, and maps) in connection with ongoing transactions
  • Drafting simple civil law agreements (lease agreements, payment arrangements, settlements, tenancy agreements, contracts for specific work, construction contracts, service agreements, design contracts, etc.)
  • Assisting with due diligence processes – reviewing legal status of properties, contracts, and related documentation
