Marta Nagajska

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University (2019). She defended her master’s thesis at the Intellectual Property Law Chair, focusing on issues related to the protection of personal rights within the context of artistic performance right. Marta is an Attorney-at-Law and has been a member of the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law since 2024.

She gained her professional experience in law firms in Kraków, specializing in ongoing corporate services for commercial companies and associations, legal advice in civil law, copyright law, competition and consumer protection law, as well as conducting court proceedings in civil cases. Marta also gained experience at a company involved in co-creating and servicing technological and financial startups.

Currently, she is a member of the TMT team.
