Specializations
Attorney-at-law, member of the TMT team. He focuses his practice on new technologies law, intellectual property law and personal data protection. He supports business entities in drafting and negotiating contracts. He combines legal expertise with a practical understanding of business, delivering effective and secure solutions for clients.
Experience
He gained experience working with one of the largest companies in the FMCG sector and through cooperation with renowned law firms. He led negotiations of investment agreements, including those related to international projects. He advised lients at every stage of major undertakings – from risk analysis, through transaction structuring, to finalization of contracts. He conducted comprehensive due diligence of entreprises, identyfiing legal risks and areas requiring optimization.
Education
He graduated with honors in law from the Jagiellonian University. He is also a graduate of American Law Programe orgainzed by the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. with cooperation with Jagiellonian University.
He passed the bar exam with the highest score in the Kraków Bar Association.
He is fluent in English and holds the following certificates:
– Certificate in Advanced English (CAE);
– Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
