Bio
Attorney-at-law admitted to the Regional Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law (Poland). Passed the professional bar examination with distinction. Completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in Information Security and Personal Data Protection in Administration and Business. He is a certified internal auditor of an information security management system in accordance with the PN‑EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
From the outset of his professional career, he has been involved in providing legal advisory services to business clients. He specializes in personal data protection law (GDPR) as well as commercial and corporate law. As part of his legal practice, he focuses in particular on drafting policies, procedures and internal regulations, preparing, reviewing and negotiating agreements, as well as developing other legal documentation, supporting entrepreneurs in their day‑to‑day business operations.
He has experience in conducting GDPR compliance audits, as well as in the comprehensive implementation of solutions in the field of personal data protection and information security. For several years, he served as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for entities belonging to a large, international healthcare group.
