An interview in the Lawyer Monthly concerning a transaction handled by the Konieczny Wierzbicki Law Firm

A recent transaction in which our Law Firm represented Ailleron, a leading supplier of technological products and services, has sparked interest in foreign specialist media. As part of the transaction, Enterprise Investors, which is one of the largest private equity firms in Central and Eastern Europe, will invest PLN 111 million in Software Mind.

Reporting on the most interesting European and global legal transactions, the journalists of the Lawyer Monthly magazine interviewed Paulina Opiełka, attorney-at-law, who, together with Michał Konieczny, attorney-at-law, and Monika Kapijas, attorney-at-law, provided advisory in the course of preparations for the investment process and participated in negotiating the terms of the transaction.

Discussed are the details of the case, the challenges that had to be taken up in order to close the deal, and tips on how to work on mergers and acquisitions worth millions of PLN. The interview also contains a summary of the work of our Law Firm in the M&A area, which makes us stand out against our competitors.
