Łukasz Łanoszka

Specializations

Łukasz is the head of the Real Property Department where he specializes in providing comprehensive services to property developers and in advisory on the real property market. He also helps enterprises with renting and commercializing office and retail space.

In his everyday practice, he advises leading property developers on carrying out residential and commercial projects, providing assistance at every stage of the project, from defining the organizational and financial framework for the partners and the project, through analyzing and acquiring properties and preparing and carrying out projects, to supporting the commercialization process or renting out individual apartments or units and entire facilities. He also deals with planning and administrative issues, helping to prepare investments and regulate the legal status of property, including conducting procedures for lex developer and Integrated Investment Plans.

Experience

As part of the services he provides, Łukasz has:

• advised leading European investment funds on the acquisition of residential units and entire residential developments in the PRS market in Poland, with a total value of more than PLN 1 billion,
• been involved in the sale of a complex of properties in the center of Kraków intended for offices the GLA of which was over 80,000 m2; the value of the transaction exceeded PLN 100M,
• supervised the acquisition of a mall worth PLN 100M under the pre-packaged insolvency procedure and then supervised its commercialization,
• led a team advising an investment fund of one of Poland’s leading banks on the sale of a portfolio of retail commercial properties throughout Poland, worth several hundred million PLN, to a foreign investment fund,
• provided comprehensive services to a number of residential investments in Krakow, Warsaw and other cities in southern Poland, which included the construction of several thousand residential units,
• supervised the acquisition of a number of hotel and hostel properties for foreign investors in prestigious locations in Krakow,
• advised clients on the negotiation of lease agreements for tens of thousands of square meters of office and commercial space throughout Poland, including the Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw markets,
• He advised investors on matters relating to perpetual usufruct of investment properties, including disputes over fees, establishment of perpetual usufruct and its termination,

He also specializes in administrative proceedings concerning real property and in civil law.

Professional qualifications and licenses

ukasz is an attorney-at-law and has been a member of the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law since 2014.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and also completed the American Law Program offered by the Jagiellonian University and the Columbus School of Law—Catholic University of America.

He speaks fluent English.
