Big changes at KWKR! The number of partners of the law firm has increased

Łukasz Łanoszka leads the property team, which provides legal services for commercial and residential real estate. Łukasz has extensive experience in conducting complex real estate transactions, both in the domestic and foreign markets.
Paulina Opiełka is the head of the corpo department, specializing in company law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Paulina has many successful transactions in her portfolio, representing both Polish and foreign investors.
Mariusz Purgał is the leader of the compliance team. Mariusz has deep expertise in all legal aspects related to regulatory risk, personal data protection, and business ethics. His competence and experience are a guarantee of legal security for our clients.
