§7 HOW TO CHANGE YOUR COOKIE SETTINGS?

  1. 1. The Website uses a Consent Management Platform (hereinafter the “Platform”) to make it easier for you to manage your preferences regarding Cookies. The first time you access the Website, you will be asked to select one of the available options:
    • Agreeing to all Cookies – by selecting “Accept all”,

    • Change previously selected settings.

§8 HOW TO CHANGE YOUR COOKIE SETTINGS FROM YOUR WEB BROWSER?

  1. Your web browser should provide you with the ability to change your settings to reject, delete or block certain Cookies. If you consent from the Platform to the use of optional Cookies by the Data Controller and its trusted partners, this does not deprive you of the ability to change your Cookie settings from within your web browser. The Cookie settings of the most popular browsers are available at the following links:
  2. Some Cookies are necessary for the functioning of the Website, so changing your browser settings may prevent some services from working properly or even prevent you from using the Website altogether.
  3. The user can also set their browser to accept Cookies on their own each time. The browser will then ask the user for permission each time before granting access for a Cookie. This gives the user control over what is on their device, but has the disadvantage of slowing down the ability to navigate the Website and other websites
  4. Każdy użytkownik może zrezygnować z otrzymywania reklam kierowanych do niego w następujący sposób:
    • by using the NAI tool (https://optout.networkadvertising.org/), which will allow you to opt out of seeing targeted advertising from Us and from other approved NAI member companies,
    • by using the Digital Advertising Alliance – DDA website (https://optout.aboutads.info/). We follow the self-regulatory principles for online behavioural advertising developed by this organisation,
    • via the European Interactive Advertising Digital Alliance website (www.youronlinechoices.com). We comply with the guidelines for online advertising developed by this organisation.
  5. When you exercise your opt-out option through the tools described above, please note that:
    • we may still collect certain data about your online activity for purposes other than marketing,
    • the opt-out options of other advertising companies may work differently from our opt-out options,
    • you may opt-out of our tracking of your activity for advertising purposes at any time by using the “Do Not Track” option. We then respond to “DNT” signals sent from your browser. If a “DNT” signal is received on the website of one of Our advertisers during a user’s visit, We will not link the data collected to the user’s browser ID during that visit, so new data collected about the user will not be able to be used by Us for targeted advertising purposes, but previously collected data about the user may still be used,
    • it is possible to modify your browser settings regarding Cookies at any time. Some Cookies are essential to the functioning of the Website, so changing your browser settings may prevent some services from working properly or even prevent you from using the Website altogether.
    • The user has the option of disabling the transmission of their data for analytical and statistical purposes via Google Analytics. To do so, you can install a browser extension by following the instructions provided at this address: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=en

§9 SOCIAL NETWORK PLUG-INS

  1. The Website uses plug-ins and other social tools provided by social networks. When displaying our Website, which includes such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of the administrator of the social network (service provider). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the Website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed our Website, even if you do not have a profile with the given service provider or are not logged in at the moment. Such information, together with your IP number, is sent by your browser directly to the service provider’s server and stored there.
  2. If you are logged in to one of the social networks, the service provider will be able to directly associate your visit to our Website with your profile on the given social network. If you use a social network plug-in to share material, the corresponding information will also be sent directly to the service provider’s server and stored there. In addition, the information will be published on the relevant social network and will appear to the people added as your contacts.
  3. If you do not wish a social networking site to attribute data collected during your visit to our Website directly to your profile on that site, then you must log out of that site before visiting our Website. You can also use browser extensions that block scripts – then you will prevent these plug-ins from loading.

§10 CHANGE OF COOKIE POLICY

  1. The Policy is reviewed by the Data Controller on an ongoing basis and amended as necessary.
  2. The current version of the Cookie Policy has been adopted and is effective as of 28/07/2025.
