Joint professional services market consolidation project – Strategor joins the initiative
For nearly six months, we have been participating in a joint professional services market consolidation project, carried out by KWKR, Ufenau Capital Partners and Nexia Advicero. The partnership, which began on 18 September 2025, has been providing tangible support for our development and strengthening our position in the business services market in Poland and the CEE region.
Ufenau Capital Partners is a Swiss private equity fund specialising in investments in companies delivering high‑quality professional services. The fund’s strategy is based on long‑term cooperation with management teams, preserving brand identity and consistently strengthening operational and expert capabilities.
What does cooperation with Ufenau Capital Partners and Nexia Advicero bring?
From the perspective of nearly six months, we can clearly state that participation in this project brings measurable benefits. Strategor joins the initiative carried out jointly by KWKR, Ufenau Capital Partners and Nexia Advicero, strengthening the project’s capabilities in the area of financing acquisition and business growth support.
This represents another significant step in the development of an integrated professional services project, combining expertise in legal advisory, finance, tax and financing acquisition.
