In addition, we are pleased that Software Mind, which has been working with us for several years now, is constantly growing. This motivates us to keep going and to work together even better in the future. The transaction was also an excellent opportunity for us to confirm the quality of our law firm not only on the Polish market, but also in the CEE and US regions”, comments Paulina Opiełka, partner at KWKR and corporate practice leader.
The entire corpo team of the law firm, consisting of Marcin Rudzki, Paweł Machowski, Michał Piechota, Dominika Wcisło, Jacek Kulig, Dominik Korybalski and Maciej Ziemiański, worked on the transaction under the leadership of Paulina Opiełka.
