Although construction investment on an agricultural plot is permitted under Polish law, many factors influence its success. The most important thing when taking steps to implement the investment will be to recognize whether the agricultural plot is covered by a local zoning plan or whether a decision on development conditions is needed. Information on the administrative and legal status of the property determines the next steps the investor must take. Unfortunately, the road to finalizing the investment is winding and fraught with regulations that can make the process more difficult and prolonged without proper individual case review and comprehensive legal support.
