KWKR shortlisted as VC Legal Advisor of the Year

KWKR shortlisted for the PSIK Awards 2026

The finalists of the PSIK Awards 2026, organised by the Polish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (PSIK), have been officially announced. KWKR has been shortlisted in the VC Legal Advisor of the Year category.

This nomination confirms KWKR’s strong market position in providing legal advice to the venture capital sector, as well as the significant role of the Corporate team in supporting VC funds and portfolio companies in transactions and strategic projects. The team advises clients throughout all stages of the investment process, combining legal expertise with a deep understanding of the investment landscape.

The Corporate practice is led by Paulina Opiełka. The nomination was also driven by the contribution of the following team members: Paweł Machowski, Marcin Rudzki, Aleksander Bobrowski, Dominik Korybalski, Katarzyna Mikosz, Maksymilian Marciniak, Maciej Ziemiański, Karina Sledz, Sandra Murdzek, Konrad Gowin.

Other nominees in the VC Legal Advisor of the Year category include DLA Piper and Kondracki Celej, highlighting the highly competitive nature of this year’s shortlist.

At the same time, nominations have been announced in other PSIK Awards categories, including VC Fund of the Year, for which Radix Ventures has been shortlisted.
