Our experts about business in Poland on the pages of an international industry magazine

Which industry in Poland is developing the fastest? What influence do Ukrainian entrepreneurs have on the Polish economy? Why investing in Polish enterprises or establishing a company in Poland is becoming more and more profitable?

Three experienced legal advisors answered these questions on the pages of CEE Legal Matters, an international business magazine focusing on legal issues from around the world.

In the October edition Michał Konieczny, managing partner, and Łukasz Wieczorek, partner, shared their insights. In the article entitled “New technologies in Poland: legal framework, trends, and developments in TMT” they described the development of the IT industry in Poland. During the analysis, they listed the latest legal changes related to new technologies (artificial intelligence, cloud solutions). They also indicated how much influence Polish IT specialists have on the progress of the IT industry in Europe. Additionally, they drew attention to the opportunities offered by investing in Poland.

Michał Konieczny and Łukasz Wieczorek are key experts in IT law in Poland, within the European Union as well as in countries outside the EU. Their specialist knowledge has often helped to bring innovative projects to life.

Marcin Wierzbicki, managing partner, was interviewed by CEE Legal Matters (“The Polish-Ukrainian connection”). During the interview, he shared his thoughts on the cooperation between Ukraine and Poland. He explained, among other things, the opportunities offered by cooperation between the neighboring entrepreneurs. He also explained why this cooperation is sometimes more complicated than with countries belonging to the European Union.

Marcin Wierzbicki bases his opinion on long-term cooperation with Ukrainian entrepreneurs. He studied at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and for many years has also been involved in matters involving international law.

The October edition was published in English. We invite you to read it!
