A company operating in the automation and security sector – entering into an investment project

Our main tasks were drafting and negotiating an investment agreement, considering the fact that there were public funds involved. The agreement provided for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effectively secured the personal engagement of the founders.
