The main tasks were to draft and negotiate an investment agreement, considering the fact that there were public funds involved. Taking into account the specificity of the chemical production sector, the agreement had to provide for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effectively safeguard the personal engagement of the founders.
