A company operating in the credit advisory sector – entering into an investment project

Our main tasks were drafting and negotiating an investment agreement, considering the fact that there were public funds involved, for a company specializing in credit advisory. The agreement had to provide for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effectively safeguard the personal engagement of the founders.
