A company operating in the IT sector

We advised the client on exiting an investment in a company specializing in e-recruitment and organization of training seminars. The transaction consisted in a division of a company through separating out a part of the business and subsequent sale of the shares in the separated-out company to a sector investor (a member of the OLX group). The transaction was of international nature and required for the interests of a number of parties involved to be taken into account.
