A company operating in the IT sector – due diligence review

The project consisted in a legal, financial, and tax review of the company, which provides its clients with broadly understood IT products.
In the course of the review, particular attention was paid to the company’s eligibility for public aid and the issues related to the protection of intellectual property rights.
