A company operating in the IT sector – entering into an investment project

As part of our work for the company, which operates in the sector of new technologies, we drafted and negotiated an investment agreement. The agreement had to provide for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effectively safeguard the personal engagement of the founders. In the process, the fact that public funds were involved had to be taken into account.
