A company operating in the IT sector – entering into an investment project

In connection with an investment in an IT company, our Law Firm drafted and negotiated an investment agreement. In the process, the fact that public funds were involved had to be taken into account. The main elements to be included in the agreement were special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effective safeguarding of the personal engagement of the founders.
