A company operating in the IT software sector

With legal support from our Law Firm, the company acquired an investor: the largest Polish IT company and a leader of a group of companies operating in 54 countries and employing more than 24,000 people.

The company is a manufacturer of a cloud-based core banking system that provides the bank’s clients with mobile access. We work with the company, providing legal support with respect to its operations. One of our departments was involved at all stages of the project, including cross-border aspects, intellectual property rights, and a modern form of commercialization of cloud-based IT solutions in the SaaS model. We provided comprehensive services for the above project, supporting the due diligence process, negotiating the terms of the transaction, and coordinating its completion.
