A company operating in the measuring devices sector – entering into an investment project

As part of our work for the company, which manufactures measuring devices, we drafted and negotiated an investment agreement. The agreement had to provide for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effectively safeguard the personal engagement of the founders. The fact that there were public funds involved was also taken into account.
