A company operating in the new technologies sector

Drafting of the principles of data exchange within a group of companies including Polish and American entities operating on the software development and IT market.

We implemented background checks. The project involved ensuring legally compliant performance of tests and obtaining personnel certificates for one our clients operating in the financial sector, including the transfer of this data to the United States. This required an analysis of complex regulations concerning collecting and transmitting sensitive personal data.

Developing comprehensive rules in terms of using techniques for collecting and analyzing the data of users of the websites of the companies belonging to a corporate group. The project required a combination of technical knowledge of the solutions used and a legal analysis of legal regulations and case law concerning the use of techniques in terms of collecting information about website users.
