A company operating in the new technologies sector

The project consisted in ensuring that the issues related to the functioning of a novelty online marketplace-type platform for entities operating on the market of construction projects carried out in Singapore are comprehensively regulated. This required handling both the matters related to data exchange between the Polish entity that provides services through a platform and the platform’s users that may be located primarily (but not necessarily) in Singapore and the issues in terms of responsibility for storage and transmission of data.
