Representing the client and advising him in negotiations concerning the execution of an agreement for the delivery by the client of services in terms of integrating his business partner’s product with the novelty Google Assistant service. Among other things, the agreement regulated the provision by our client of services in terms of support and maintenance with respect to the delivered integration software. Our advisory concerned one of the first projects in Poland concerning the integration of a product with the Google Assistant service.
