A company operating in the new technologies sector

With our support, the company finalized a master service agreement with a large company managing investment projects whose assets are worth GBP 196.3 billion. The agreement was intended to provide Baillie Gifford with a team of qualified IT specialists for an office it is planning to open in Kraków (an outsourcing agreement). Our task was to draft a PoC contract that was signed in May 2018. This required an analysis of British legal regulations and market specificity. One of the elements that had to be taken into account in connection with the transaction were the consequences of Brexit.
