A company operating in the new technologies sector – due diligence review

The project consisted in carrying out a legal, financial, and tax review of the company, which provides innovative solutions in terms of ticket systems. In the course of the review, particular attention was paid to the company’s eligibility for public aid and the issues related to the protection of intellectual property rights.
