A company operating in the new technologies sector – entering into an investment project

Konieczny, Wierzbicki Law Firm drafted and negotiated an investment agreement, taking into account the fact of there being public funds involved. Taking into account the specificity of the new technologies sector, the agreement had to provide for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effectively safeguard the personal engagement of the founders.
