A company operating in the sector of leasing and renting machines – entering into an investment project

Our main tasks were drafting and negotiating an investment agreement, considering the fact that there were public funds involved, for a company specializing in leasing and renting machines.
The agreement had to provide for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and regulate the personal engagement of the founders.
