A due diligence review of the company from the perspective of tax law, with particular attention paid to the company’s tax arrears and tax risks, including those resulting from the other areas of the company’s operations (employee, financial, and other matters).

The review was concluded with a due diligence report containing a description of the risks related to the investment, in division according to their significance: from minor, through significant, to deal-breakers.
The report also contained recommendations in terms of risk mitigation.
